Our Story

BambooBoi started small — a home-based baker in Winnipeg, MB, selling cakes to our local community one order at a time. There was no storefront, no big launch, just word of mouth carrying us from one kitchen table to the next.

Every cake was handcrafted piece by piece, made with the same care we'd want for our own family's celebrations. That care is what people kept coming back for, and what turned first-time customers into regulars who told their friends.

That love for what we made carried us all the way to our first store, now open on Henderson Hwy. The address changed, but nothing else did — same taste, same process, just shared with even more people who've come to love it too.
